My mother spent the last seven years of her life at this facility. They never gave up on her. The residents, staff and even management soon became Mother’s family—and mine as well.

We love it here, this is our home. The staff work very hard to see that we are well taken care of. The nurses are top notch and food is pretty good too. We always enjoy our activities and look forward to going out for bus trips. People here are like family and we appreciate that because we can't always see our own family. So, yeah, we are pretty happy here.

I can tell you one thing, I am walking and feeling a lot better than when I came in here! I would like to especially like to thank Mary (GNA) “She is Awesome, just a bundle of energy.” Aileen is great too. David in rehab, does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond and has extreme dedication. Anna Jean is extremely good at her job. She had to preform a difficult job and it was a job well done. I am grateful for the staff and therapy department. Everyone has been polite and helpful. They take it seriously and it shows.

I am so happy I can walk and do thing for myself again. I never thought I would be able to. I am better now than I was before I got sick. I was so impressed with the care and attention, I was a nurse and all I could think was I hope I was as good to my patients as these people are.

3/22/2024 I just wanna thank all the staff here at Mallard Bay for all the extra care and concern they have showed our loved one. Since she has been here she always looks nice, clean and even better whenever one of her nurses, aides or PT come in just seeing the smile on her face and how they communicate with her is amazing. I would recommend and will recommend this place anytime!! From the front door to the staff on her unit, they are always nice, helpful and most of all caring! Thank you again

3/27/2024: Dear Anna + team: Thank you for taking care of me. Your therapy has allowed me to go from bed ridden to walking. Your therapy skills and patience have allowed me to not only recover but have allowed me to transition back to independence.
