I just want to thank all the staff here at Mallard Bay for all the extra care and concern they have showed our loved one. Since she has been here, she always looks nice, clean and even better whenever one of her nurses, aides or PT come in just seeing the smile on her face and how they communicate with her is amazing. I would recommend and will recommend this place anytime!! From the front door to the staff on her unit, they are always nice, helpful and most of all caring! Thank you again
